ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD
Accommodation:
Camping in caravans/tents is possible for participants beside the exhibition area hosting the tournament, starting Wednesday 2 July at 2 p.m, till Monday 7 July 2008 12 p.m. Inside the exhibition area, toilets and mobile showers will be available. No electricity connection will be available for tents or caravans.
If you´d like to stay at the camping you have to enroll and pay for your accommodation in advance – deadline is 8 June 2008.
No other accommodation is provided by the organizer - other possibilities in the vicinity and elsewhere:

Board:
During the tournament there will be refreshment stands inside the exhibition area, as well as a kitchenette with a boiling kettle and a microwave oven. On Friday and Saturday there will be a party – if you´d like to participate it is necessary to order and pay for the dinner in advance, deadline is 8 June 2008.
